How long does delivery take?

My order arrived damaged and incomplete. What can I do?
Cralussopartner only delivers products of reliable quality, in unopened packaging, to the courier service, as customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Despite all this, unfortunately, it happens that the product is damaged during transport. As soon as the courier service arrives with the package, it will always be inspected.
